🔵 1. IT Officer Scale-1 / Scale-2 का Basic Structure (SBI, BOB, PNB सभी पर लागू)
भले ही अलग-अलग बैंकों का नाम अलग हो, लेकिन responsibilities लगभग समान रहती हैं।
यहाँ एक सामान्य overview है जिसे आप किसी भी बैंक पर apply कर सकते हैं — SBI, BOB, PNB, Canara, आदि।
✔ Work Profile (General Overview)
- Bank की Core Banking System (CBS) की monitoring
- ATM / UPI / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS जैसी digital services का support
- Finacle / Flexcube / BaNCS जैसे banking applications पर troubleshooting
- System security, user access, server monitoring
- DR Drill, audits, network escalation
- Vendor coordination
Scale-II में responsibilities थोड़ी senior होती हैं → जैसे project handling, vendor coordination, audits, DR drill, आदि।
